One of the biggest challenges many Albany-area people have faced during this time of crisis, is finding a service center that can provide the help they need alongside the peace of mind they want. Carbone Subaru understands those challenges, and we've made it our mission to deliver the safe and convenient vehicle service that all of our Rensselaer and East Greenbush customers deserve. Toward that end, we've put special "no-touch" measures in place that allow us to provide our valuable maintenance service while maintaining a safe distance.

How Our No-Contact Service Works

Step 1. Schedule Your Service Online or Over the Phone

The first step you'll need to take to get good service? Scheduling a convenient appointment. You can handle this one of two ways. The first is to simply give us a call. Our service team would be more than happy to talk to you about your needs and help you find a convenient time to bring your car in for an appointment.

If making a phone call sounds like a hassle, we also offer an online scheduling option you can use to set up your own appointment in minutes.

Step 2. Bring Your Car to Our Service Center

When it's time for your appointment, give us a call when you arrive to let us know you're here we can work out how to hand off your keys, either in our dropbox or bringing them into the dealership.

Step 3. Social Distancing and Deep Cleaning to Protect Our Customers

Usually, when our Watervliet customers visit our service center, most of them wait at the dealership for their service work to wrap up. If you're wondering if you can do the same right now, the answer is "yes." Our staff been going the extra mile to adhere to the CDC's sanitization guidelines. This includes deep cleaning our service lounge twice a day with disinfectant cleaning supplies. We're always working hard to make sure our customers and staff maintain social distancing guidelines. This includes installing a glass partition at our service counter to provide an extra barrier of separation between our customers and staff.

Step 4. We'll Sanitize Your Vehicle When the Work is Done

We're taking measures to make your vehicles remains safe during the maintenance process, as well. Our staff are adhering to strict handwashing guidelines and are also taking extra steps to regularly sanitize our tools. Most importantly, we'll sanitize your car, inside and out, when your maintenance work is done.

Step 5. Enjoy a Complimentary Loaner Car for Your Longer Repairs

What if you can't afford the time to wait for your service to finish. Carbone Subaru has sanitized loaner cars waiting that you can borrow free of charge until the job's done.
